The apartments were well equipped with everything we needed for our ski trip, and it was great to have the option to cook for ourselves in the kitchen. the ski area was very close by, just a short walk away from the accommodation, which was a huge plus. the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them.
Towards the end of the season, the staff seemed a little uninspired, and the atmosphere suffered as a result. the restaurant was a bit deserted when guests opted to cook for themselves, so it lacked a bit of buzz.

Friendly and sympathetic staff. Well-equipped for skiing. Convenient location for lifts. Good room size and warmth. Super warm and nice bathroom. Special places to store ski gear. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Good food with hand sanitizer available

We loved the location of the hotel! It was just a few steps away from the ski center and had special spots for storing our ski gears. The room was spacious, warm, and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The selection for breakfast was fantastic!

Staying at the hotel was an ideal decision. It is located in close proximity to the ski area and the bus service is a stone's throw away. the large room was cozy and frequently warm, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean and always warm.
A few staff members seem to have lost their enthusiasm towards the end of the season, and there was a lack of character in parts of the facility.

The room was spacious and warm, with a nice and cozy bathroom. The ski center was located right outside, and the staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful. The food was good, but expensive. There was also a bus stop located near the hotel, which was convenient.
The hotel lacked some basic amenities, such as toothpaste and toothbrushes. The gym was located in a different building, and the spa required an additional fee.
